Representing a pro bono client in an eviction is incredibly important from a client service standpoint and a service standpoint. The presence of a lawyer in an eviction case massively increases the chance of winning their case or buying time to avoid homelessness. In addition, represented clients feel empowered and less victimized regardless of the outcome.
Eviction cases offer lawyers tremendous litigation experience, including client interviews, discovery, negations, and trials.
